Priory Surgery Patient Participation Group - Expression of Interest Form

Priory Surgery runs both a Patient Reference Group (PRG) and a Patient Participation Group (PPG).

Members of the PRG will be emailed or written to from time to time to ask for their feedback on services and improvements, quality of care or service. We aim to keep our emails and questions as succinct as possible so it shouldn’t take up too much of your time.

Our face-to-face Patient Participation Group meet once a quarter at the practice to offer more in-depth debate, support and constructive feedback on practice issues and patient experience.
