Patient Reference Group (PRG)
Contact Us

Priory Surgery has had a Patient Focus Group since February 2006.  The last meeting was attended by only three patients and it has proved difficult to recruit new members.  In view of this we have now also started up a Patient Reference Group (PRG) using email contact only.  We are currently recruiting patients to the new PRG and plan to use this group to communicate with patients in order to keep them updated on important information and to find out their views on our services and facilities.

However, we plan to also continue with Patient Focus Group, so that patients who do not have access to a computer are not excluded from involvement in reviewing and monitoring our services.  It may be that we contact members of this group more by post in the future rather than holding regular meetings.  If you would like to join the Patient Focus Group, please contact the Practice Manager's office or complete a sign-up form next time you are at the surgery.

More details about the Patient Reference Group (PRG) can be found on the next page.
