Routine Appointments:

Appointments can be made by telephoning the surgery or calling at the reception desk.  The doctor you usually see may not be on duty every day.  If your usual doctor is not available you can be seen by another doctor.

Telephone Advice:

If you need advice rather than an appointment, you may ask the doctor for telephone advice.  The doctor will phone you back at the end of surgery.

For your information:

We are hoping to be able to introduce a telephone appointment system in the future, as well as online appointments  and text messaging appointment reminders.  We will keep you informed about this via this website and our regular newsletters.  Please let us have your mobile number for our records if you wish to be able to receive SMS messages in the future.

Disabled Access

The building has easy access for people with physical disabilities, including wheelchair users. There is a hearing loop at the reception desk. Should you require assistance please ask the Receptionist.

The surgery has limited parking for patients, 2 disabled and 6 'patient only' bays. If the car park is full please seek alternative parking at Broadwalk shopping centre or local residential streets.
